Bella Thorne is a walking advertisement about how skin genetics are sometimes everything.
Bella Thorne says she does microneedling, she's not as natural as she says...
She have money you know :)) she might go to clinic and have expensive treatment that we never can aford. That most celebrity do, so her skin diffinately not just sugar and olive oil :)

My mom works in dermatology and whenever people say "I only use all natural" she says "Poison Ivy is all natural too" XD
I say exactly the same thing, but with nettles lol
I just ask em (rhetorically) if they fancy a glass of snake venom bc it's natural and according to their philosophy that means it's obviously not harmful so they'll be fine
Using natural products doesn’t mean just sitting at home using DIY products. It means you don’t want to use CERTAIN chemicals that are used in products that either their production is bad for the environment or are known hormone disturbers or linked to cancer. I only use natural products but I also research all my products and purchase them from reputable brands.
That’s why you should only use certain natural products aloe, jojoba oil, grape seed oil, African black soap, collagen, vitamin c, hylaronic acid and so many more organic pure natural products that actually are affective and healthy for the skin ive been using them for years. And I don’t think you should use lemon at all or sugar on your skin you should only be using gentle exfoliating products I use a rice exfoliating scrub it’s so gentle compared to regular sugar/salt scrubs and doesn’t damage the skin like they do.
@@unrulycrow6299 netels are actually good for you people drink it like tea which is also sold in shops and getting stung by it actually gives u vitamines

Ugh seriously even my skin tends to be more on the oily side but it can react with the weather like most people and get more on the dry side every once in awhile but I can’t go without moisturizer or my face will be DRY I did it on accident because I had mistaken a face sunscreen for a moisturizer because it wasn’t as specific on the label and I felt so silly but yeah definitely not helping her at all

I’m a PhD, seriously, trained scientist here, and you just blew my mind lol. For some reason I never thought to extend the concepts of scientific research and “chemical VS natural” to skin care. I realize how dumb that sounds now because I am so adamant about trusting the data in like every other subject ever... anyway I just wanted to say thank you!! I had been brainwashed by the natural skincare movement and literally need to learn everything about my skin and skincare routine from scratch. I’m lamenting the years and money wasted but what’s the point in looking back? Onwards with my new guru (that’s you Hyram!)🙏🏼🙌🏼

Make sure to clean the pimple first with a toner before putting on a patch. I also use several products with niacinimide to help with acne scars and sea bum production. “Is your skin reliant on that product?”
I don’t know, am I reliant on my mood stabilizers for my bipolar disorder? Does that mean I should ditch my meds and go “all natural?” Because that’s her logic here.
Edit: Wow, didn't think this would blow up! Good to see I'm not alone in my thinking!
Exactly, like yeah my skin relies on these products to look ok, sure i can stop but it will go to the shit way it used to be. And how it is anyways different from her using her "natural" products? Skin could become reliant them too (but it probably does too much damage for that to happen lol).
Sadly, she seems like the type who would tell you to ditch your meds and snort essential oils instead.
She would probably suggest microdosing with shrooms
I feel like she's the kind of person that would tell me to ditch my meds because "a healthy diet, exercise, drinking more water and essential oils" would fix my bipolar disorder better than the meds that keep me sane, as if I hadn't tried fixing it with a healthy lifestyle ¬_¬
Of course skincare is reliant on products. That’s why “care” is in the name. Skincare can’t change things on a molecular level, otherwise it would need to be FDA approved. Even skincare products with collagen or hyaluronic acid won’t be able to increase collagen and hyaluronic acid production in the skin, but of course they can give the illusion it’s in high production. Her logic is so dumb, I don’t even understand how her dermatologist hasn’t corrected her yet.

Just thinking about coconut oil and my pores are already blocked
Actually coconut oil is great for the skin unless you have very oily skin. It's high in Lauric acid which has been proven to fight acne better than benzoyl peroxide. Coconut oil is highly antibacterial and the medium chain fatty acids hydrate the skin nicely. Coconut oil gets a bad rap, people who don't know what they're talking spewing other people's talking points without researching for themselves.
In my experience coconut oil broke me out pretty badly. I have very acne prone, sensitive skin and I tried it because it worked for my best friend and she recommended it, but it was a big nope for me. I researched about all it’s great benefits and nutrients, but sadly it’s also very comedogenic and can lead to acne in some people. I suppose it depends on your skin though. I’m not entirely against it since I’ve seen it work on someone and it’s good in body butters, but personally I’d rather not put it on my skin.
@@OscarGoldman77 The oil of coconut itself clogs the pores because of how thick it is. So the problem is not with coconut and its benefits, the problem is with the oil of the coconut. Given how thick coconut oil is, the benefits within the oil (like lauric acid which you mentioned) can't even get absorbed by the skin and the oil just ends up sitting there. Which is why coconut oil gets its good stuff extracted in the lab and formulated into products. Get your good lauric acid found in formulations. Get your already-extracted antibacterial and good medium chain hydrating fatty acids found in formulations. The actual OIL of Coconut OIL has a bad rep, not the good extracts of coconut oil.
I'm not saying that coconut oil is particularly bad for the skin or not but for me, it breaks me out. And my skin is as far from sensitive as it gets. There are like two things ever that break me out. And I tried literally hundreds of products until I built my perfect routine.
Anything that contains coconut oil at all is a hard pass from me
Hannah I use raw coconut oil but only a little. It doesn't just sit there. It absorbs completely. Once in a while it may cause a pimple but nothing major. The moisturizing benefits I get from it are worth it. I get that wouldn't be the case for everyone. But seriously, what product works for everyone? It's one of the safest and gentlest things to try and helps a lot of people, and isn't that expensive either so I don't understand why some people look down on it.
"everything is a chemical"
THANK YOU! I am a chemist and I have been saying this for years. As a corollary: crude oil in a barrel is "natural" but you'd never put it on your skin.
Bella: brb, gotta go skinny dip in a barrel of diesel for natural glow and then crude oil for extreme hydration locking because its 💫natural💫
When someone says 'I use X because it's natural' I always reply 'well so is cyanide'. It often leads to very boring discussions where they try to defend their position.
Chemistry engineering student, can't roll my eyes enough when anyone starts lecturing about how natural stuff doesn't have chemicals and chemicals are bad .
🛢⚪️👄⚪️
ffs poop is natural we still dont use it, how hard is it for yall to realize that natural skincare consists of products that are GOOD for ur skin (rosehip oil, jojoba oil etc) and not whatever the fuck ur saying
Your rant was much needed
Is this what mad hyram looks like?? Because I love itttt
I can’t believe this is the skin care routine of a millionare
I cant belive a Millionaire is listening to a friends recommendation rather than a professional dermatologist...
i guarantee she doesn’t really do this. she probably gets expensive facials and stuff
Rich does not equal intelligence
Y’all are jealous
@@kiralightyagami9090 I don't like to argue but who is here jealous? Everyone is just expressing their opinion. What she does is completely wrong and everyone is so suprised that she does that because she is actually really rich and can afford everything of skincare if she wants to ,but still you don't even have to pay some extreme amount of money, you can buy good skin care for 5-15$ and then here is she using something that is awful for the skin while she can use anything she wants and she still uses this. If I didn't spell something right, English is not my main language.
it really pisses me off when someone talks about skin care with an over confidence and they literally just naturally have good skin and doesn't get irritated whatsoever ...like no stop giving wrong information
just because it looks good on the outside doesn’t mean it actually is it can harm your skin a lot when your older
She gets microneedling treatment. That’s why her skin looks so good
She doesn't even naturally have good skin. She had acne some time ago and she did and still does lots and lots of treatments and facials, which is why her face looks good. But just watch her skin in a few years if she keeps putting lemon etc all over her face
but what Hyram says most of the time, isn’t wrong. Bella is messing her face up. And like others said, she gets treatments.
literally
UM!!! the Aloe thing just shook me to my core, thanks for letting ya girl know!!!!
Same 🥲 the other day I used aloe Vera so this one scared me
6:34 WHY IS NO ONE TALKING ABOUT THIS- LMAOFKDOKAMVMCMZKSKSMSM 😭😭😭😭
This girl said she doesn’t even brush her teeth, i was surprised she has a whole skincare routine
seriously? she said that?
Elise Jackson yep i forgot which video but she said she really only brushes them when she remembers or feels like it
i am not brush my teeth every day
@@lucifermorningstar-xy1kb why
lucifer morningstar well that’s a problem my dude. 2-3 times a day man.
My new hobby is watching reaction videos to Bella Thorne’s skincare routine lol
Elle Williams yes !!!! Lol
That’s a good hobby
Same here Hahaha
I wonder if someone else thinks that this is not her real skincare and she did this to go viral?
Radhia Deedou she mentions that she gets other treatments done so I wouldn’t be surprised, she’s coming out with her own line so she probably wants to get buzz for it
I want to say, that most of my experience with natural skincare has been trying to find ways to take care of my skin when I literally couldn't afford it. Coconut oil for example is probably not great, but it's cheap (3€ a tub) and would work on my body. A video on skincare when you can't afford it would be very lovely to watch 💕💕
This is so accurate omg. Thank you so much, Hyram.
I remember myself being influenced by a youtuber that St. Ives scrub is great for your face and when I bought it and scrubbed to my face, I just got red skin and breakouts.
Looking for a good chemical exfoliator now❤️✨
WE NEED ONE ABOUT ZENDAYA’S SKINCARE ROUTINE OF AFRICAN BLACK SOAP, WITCH HAZEL/ROSE WATER AND VITAMIN E OIL/ TEA TREE OIL!!!!
tea tree oil has SAVED my skins and i haven’t had a breakout in 4 weeks. The only time i break out is when it’s hormonal. it’s AMAZING
@@rachaeldronsfield5490 how do you use it?
cinnamon and skyscrapers i think you just put it on problem areas, but with natural tea tree oil you have to dilute it with water
amelie what happens if you don’t dilute it
Gigi A chemical burn....i learned the hard way 🥴🥴
“You are a chemical, Karen” - a quote that should be on a shirt
Omg. I would totally buy this shirt. :D
I’d buy that tho KZKZKZK
Gracie Shell I would buy it lol
Gracie Shell that’s what I thought lmao
I just started watching you a few days ago and I love you already! 😍😍❤️ . Your videos are so informative!
Love your energy and engagement 😘
