#11 was my favorite, so secure and well decorated.
Really liked #4 and the #1 choice. Great video gives me so many ideas foe bunk rooms, pushed me out of the standard room. With 2 bunk beds! Big thank you ❤!!

Yes, I like when there is some privacy too! Some of those rooms I would NEVER want to sleep in! They would be too loud and distracting for sleep!
#10 it is so nice it can fit alll of my sibilings

I like number 11 because it is so cool and I like the ladder on it and that is all if it
toss up between #1 and #4 as my faves. #'s 8,5 and 9 were also gorgeous!!

#6 was my favorite, I love the stairs.
A lot of people were talking about the #6 and #11 .. but am I the only one who is obsessed with the #5 ?

Number eight made me say wow! I actually liked that the shiplap didn't go all the way up, it added some visual interest
I also really adored 6, I love a good central staircase
Curtains! I've done a lot of hostel dorms, curtains transform a shared space into shared/private space and make all the difference!

Number 9 is my favourite because we have 3 teens now but want to downsize our home once we're empty nesters. This option would allow us to have the kids and their families stay for holiday visits without us needing more house than we'd use 80-90%of the time. By the way, I'm a long time fan of your content who never usually comments anywhere. Just wanted to say that you two are doing a great job.
So smart!! I think keeping a huge house for occasional guests is not worth it, so I definitely think a bunk room, is a great way to still invite family without wasting extra resources!!! And thank you SO much from your comment we are so thankful to hear from you! bunk 6!!! perfect for a converted shed building. lol i wanna fit 4 beds 2 toilets 2 sinks into a 12x20 😂😂😂😂 yeah i know....good luck.... but it's gonna be an awesome little party building
Sounds super fun!! When ever I am doing space planning like that, and want options fast I draw the space on graph paper and then cutout all the furniture (or bathroom) spaces required to the same scale and just move them around the room... til I like the layout!! I find it even easier that SketchUp or Autocad. Just an easy way to see how things fit in different ways fast!! Hope that helps!
#6 is my fave although I wish it had a bigger space for a seating area and tv like #4
11 and 6
Number ten has more privacy with the beds, number 8 is great for the storage and nice and calming. 6 I love. Love the central staircase. Very classic. Nice drawers. I would have a book shelf on each wall next to each bed and a wall sconce. Triple decker didn’t look like it had enough room between bunks. Oh I love number one. Light and neutral. Very pretty.

These are all fabulous! Now please show the trick to changing the sheets & bedding multiple times a week for the purpose of renters🙏🏼 I clean Airbnb’s in bear lake and the bunkbeds are seriously the hardest part of the job! Any tips & tricks would be so appreciated!!

St George is our favorite as well.
I like #11 primarily because of the steps vs a ladder in other designs. Ladder climbing sans footwear would not be pleasant and to some degree dangerous for waking sleepy kids. Are the rails on top bunks securely fastened and is the protruding bunk on #8 structurally supported . . .if so, I very much like #8.
9,8,6,5,1 are my favorite because the are so Entailed and just open

1, 10, and 11 are my favorites. Having 9 kids and 5 granddaughters (so far), we need accommodations for as many as possible. I like each of these because I feel FIRMLY that because technology is such a huge part of our lives, each bunk needs to have it's own light and outlet. The light needs to have its own controls (with an override on the wall by the door for those kiddos that fall asleep with the light on, etc.) I don't want trundle beds for our situation, as we won't have room for dressers, so we'd like to have a drawer or basket under the bottom bunk for the kids' things. Railing on top bunk and the stairs to access the upper bunk are necessary in my opinion. Ladders are great, but I think I would still prefer a stairway for each bunk set. Our daughter has a triple bunk for her 3 little girls (5-year old twins, and their 3-year old sister). It's really a neat option when a built in is not possible.

I reside in St George UT. This area has a lot of retirees w money. But, the many of the natives are Maga.
Also, Utah people (I was born here, up north) are Republican -- seem to be rather averse to things like safety regs, bldg. codes. Like a lot of rural types, evidently.
I like No. 5. Lovely, clean build. Yes, No. 1 was fabulous.

A small doubt for me,
For bunk beds the person will get air flow from fan
How is #8 top bunks mounted on the wall secure enough to hold an adult body weight? A floating shelf can only hold so much weight. ?
I’m not sure how this one was secured to the wall but I’m sure it’s built strong enough to hold an adult body. Most likely it’s bolted into the wall on the long side and short side and supported halfway through the stair.
Can these bunk beds be built for adults? I think it would be nice for a guestroom
A lot of these are big enough for adults for sure!
Also, all the white is so so pretty, but as a Airbnb/VRBO cleaner, it’s impossible to keep them looking nice. They get scuffed so easily and kids dirty hand and fingerprints are all over inside the bunk cubby’s. Ideal would be an all white room and then a dark accent wall that the bunkbeds are up against!

Next time you show a room, please hold the camera steady. It's difficult to look at the detail when the camera is swinging around in an "artsy" fashion.
