I got a reservation for April. What worked for me was refreshing 15-20 minutes after 6PM Japan time 31 days before my desired date. Right at 6PM a lot of people are trying to make a reservation at the same time causing the site to crash. After 15-20 minutes a lot of people have given up so it is easier to book the reservation. Did you have the issue where the site crashes as you select your time? Then it’s all full?
I waited 20 minutes after nothing opened up it still says full.

I really appreciate the video! I can't believe you had an open space waiting for you while you casually recorded. I refreshed the page the second the hour turned and speedily filled out the reservation in under a minute, I went back to the calendar and the day was already full. Can't wait to go with my friends, and I probably wouldn't have been able to without your video!

Nice just got a table had 5 tabs open and kept refreshing them until sometimes I got thru, then it would crash again but I kept refreshing and trying with all 5 tabs.. After 3 minutes I went thru all the way to the end! Filled everything out with auto fill and didnt purchase any extras as I was worried I would loose my spot and then it finally went thru and I got my confirmation!

My site kept crashing and not loading I was trying for 20 minutes yesterday and didn’t get a reservation. 😢 I had to try at 1am my time because that’s 6pm Japan time

Hai! I’ve been waking up at my 4 AM (japan 6PM)everyday for three days to try to get reservation! It’s always booked instantly and says site traffic. And after 2 minutes it’s gone. I go to japan next month so I’m running out of time! Any advice? Idk what else to do!!

Thank you for the comment in Japanese😆 I just checked the website, both Tokyo and Osaka are fully booked🥲Reservations can be made from 6:00 pm 31 days in advance, so you should check at 6:00 pm(Japan time) every day🥲 I think the cafe is in busy times now...
When we fill out the application, what language should we write our names in? I am not familiar with Japanese writing and will be visiting as a tourist.
You can write your name in English!! No problem😁
Why can it not be made by phone? When i check on my phone it pulls up everything shown in the video (except the available dates because it’s not available yet) 😅
You can make a reservation from either phone or computer😁

@@dansari0007 That's right, it depends on the situation. However, usually at exactly 6 PM, many people try to make reservations at once, so it might be better to wait for things to calm down a bit. Also, I've noticed that sometimes there are available slots late at night, so it's worth checking during those hours as well!!

Yes, Japan Time I hope you can get a reservation!! But they fill up so quickly now😭When I made this video there were still seats available, but since the beginning of this year it has been really hard to get a reservation😭

Sometimes reservations are cancelled the day before and there are openings on the web😳

Sorry to hear that, but don't give up! I've been trying every day when making reservations too! Sometimes there are cancellations and available slots even in the morning or evening, so keep trying!!

its so annoying, i feel like they rly need to improve the website, you can barely get it, and everytime you think your close, it just tells u there's too much traffic. I've been trying for 2 days how an I only have 7 days left to get in.
I totally understand your frustration! The website can be quite challenging to navigate, especially with the heavy traffic. Keep trying, and don't give up! Sometimes, refreshing the page at different times might help. Best of luck, and I hope you manage to secure a reservation soon!
You can also try going to the store on the day itself. Sometimes, there are cancellations, and you might be able to get in that way! Good luck!
This was really informative thank you! But I have a question, what should I do if the reservation won't show the next month dates? I'm reserving for June 27th but on the site it keeps repeating May 2023.

That happened to me. If using google chrome, translate the page to Japanese, click on the next arrow to display the next month, then translate back to english, and it will change.

Hey! Do you use your home county phone number to book? Or do you use a Japanese phone number? I tried with mine (Mexico) and It doesn’t work

Hi Ryoici I tried your method of reservation step by step (in Nihonbashi and Osaka) however the available dates always label with full. Is it really full or the system blocked us to reserve a table that’s my theory so my question how can you get so lucky to get a table in this cafè?

Yes, I think you can definitely enjoy the atmosphere and food at the Sanji restaurant even if you go alone!! I'm also planning to go alone! Sanji's character is known to be a bit curt with men but very kind to women😁😅 However, it's important to note that you absolutely need to make a reservation in advance. This year, they have a lottery system and general ticket sales, and there are still available slots for general sales😆
Edit: I went in straight at 6 PM Tokyo time and the site crashed on me. After refreshing several times the date I wanted was booked... this was two minutes after 6. I am so sad :(

Hi! OMG😵That is very sad :( in just 2 mins!?!? It's very hard to get a reservation now...😭If there is still space available you can talk to staff and get table even without a reservation. But now...😭
After the date and time are confirmed, you can select and purchase the products.

I’ve been checking every single day trying to book, I am on the website at exactly 6pm Japan time but bro there is no way like even if I see spots I click and then boom “congested too many people” I refresh refresh and then it’s full… like brooooooooooo I can’t
I understand how frustrating it must be. getting a reservation is really difficult right now🥲 No matter how many times we refresh, it's always full or we encounter errors. Sometimes, checking late at night might increase your chances of finding available slots. Another option you can try is going directly to the cafe and joining the waitlist for any cancellations on the day itself. Hang in there, and I hope you manage to secure a reservation soon!

@@Heleneeeee As for checking at night, I meant checking during different time slots, including evenings in Japan time.It's worth trying different times, including late at night or early in the morning in Japan time, as there may be occasional openings due to cancellations or other reasons. I had no hope tbh, just tried to try lol. 6pm nothing, everything went full. 6:20 I went back I saw several times I just clicked fast on random one which was 15:55 😂 anyways I got the page to fill informations ! Reservations can be made 31 days in advance starting at 6 pm(Japan time). Reservations change all the time, so it depends on your timing😢

Do you need to create an user for the reservation? I make a reservation for the chainsaw man cafe and had to have a user before making the reservation. Is it the same for pokemon to create the user beforehand?

Thanks for the great video! When I went 5 years ago I had trouble entering a phone number. Do you have to use a Japanese phone number or can I use my Canadian phone number? Also, do you type the number in without any spaces or hyphens? I am going again in a few months and don’t want to have difficulties like last time (although I did finally get it to work and got a reservation!).
