When cleaning sinks/ tubs and showers. Be sure to clean the drains well and over flow holes This is where alot of smell comes from. Dry all the above out. This prevents mineral deposits from forming and gives 1 last wipe off of any residual chemicals or dirt. In shower/ tubs, Don't forget he ledges up top. Most disgusting grime hides there.
When vacuum & mopping hard floors ALways go with the grain instead of against it. This helps remove the dirt and debris from the tiny grooves instead of pushing it into it.

I love going to work , some might see it as a low job , but if you love to clean and make it as a business, go for it , cause honestly that’s real good money . We clean houses , also construction houses , apartments , offices etc ...

I clean houses professionally for a living. It was funny to hear you talk about that being one of the dirtiest tubs you've cleaned. You'd be shocked how dirty people let their tubs get. I've spent an hour just cleaning a tub before. It is definitely satisfying to watch the dirty water go down the drain.
I used to clean houses aswell. Yea that doesn't even come close to a dirty house.
Can you share how you clean tubs? I have a jetted tub and am always skeptical that it’s not clean enough
@@MamaBeautyy101 If there's a lot of grime in the tub, I'd recommend a dawn dish soap vinegar solution. The ratio of how to mix it is online. There's some boiling involved for it haha. Once it's made, spray it and leave it on for 30 minutes. Then use a scrub brush (I personally like the ones from the dollar tree). Then you'd just have to rinse. You could also use Bar Keepers Friend powder. For that you would get the tub wet and sprinkle on the powder. Leave it for about 15 minutes, scrub and rinse. Those are by far the best products to really get a tub sparkling and clean. They also aren't super harsh. :)

Ashley Wicker I poured Lysol toilet bowl cleaner all over the the tub and shower walls and let it soak for 30min-1hr and take a scrubby brush to it you’d be amazed how white your tub can get
Selma: love your channel! You clean like me and my mom. Just a quick tip: careful when mixing cleaning products, especially with bleach. Mixing with the wrong product can cause toxic fumes which can be very serious. It can make you very ill.
Oh, yes! I did that and it almost got me in hospital. I was so dumb! I mixed bleach with Domestos when cleaning the bathtub.
Oh yes !!! She's my type a girl ...we can clean .. But I also thought the same when she mixed the bleach with everything else .

You remind me of me so much when I was young. I LOVE to clean, too! I love watching things become clean, shiny and disinfected! But now I'm old and disabled. I really am not physically capable of cleaning anymore. I can do a little but before I can finish cleaning anything, I have to visit down and rest. I wish so much you could come and help me get my house clean! I can see how completely and thoroughly you clean! Your mother trained you so well, and you honor her so much with your actions to help her. Both of you are lucky and blessed to have each other! God bless you and your whole family.

I was cleaning my bathroom sink & drain stopper unscrewed. When I picked it up & turned it around, to my AMAZEMENT it was filthy! So I cleaned it w/toothbrush & was satisfied 🙂

You should try Barkeepers Friend powder on the stainless sink, it’s amazing.
Amazing how much dirt people can live around and not even see. Former homeowner probably thot they left that house clean. There’s something so satisfying watching your videos - you do a great job. You have quickly become one of my favorite people to watch!

Love watching your videos, the absolute best way to clean a shower with little to NO scrubbing is using a mix of white vinegar warm it up and then add blue Dawn soap, I also add some fresh lemon juice because the vinegar can be over powering. I spray it and you can leave it on for about 10min or longer the soap scum slides right off with a cloth. This saved my lower back. I would spend so much time scrubbing rinsing scrub again. Tub looks literally brand new. Just make sure to rinse very well so no one slips. Anyhow hope this helps 💜🧼🧹🧴
Oh and this also works for sinks as well !!

Girl, you gotta try 1 cup of warm vinegar(so it properly mixes and bends together), 1 cup of blue dawn dish soap. Put in a spray bottle and let it cool(or else it won’t spray). Clean the tub and tiles with that. I can’t find anything that cleans it better than that. I keep buying bathroom cleaning products and the soap and vinegar still does it better. You gotta try it and do a video lol. It’s literally the best soap scum remover ever. I let it sit while I clean everything else, the get a wet sponge and rinse. Easiest and best thing ever.

Be careful with the magic erasers, they can ruin the finish on surfaces and make them vulnerable to stains and make them look worse over time.
I have found that dawn soap, the regular blue kind, and vinegar are good for maintenance of cleaning a tub of shower. But to be honest I haven't found anything better than magic erase. I think using it once to get that deep crud off is fine it just can't be used every time or it will take the acrylic off the tub eventually and shine out of the kitchen counters. Now that the heavy stuff is off you just have to be diligent about not letting it build up again. You made me chuckle when you said you told Preston you can't trust that people will clean like you do...I think the same way Selma! 😂 our version of clean is different than a lot of other people's version of clean. This was an awesome video! Thanks for sharing!!!!

I use toothbrush and q tips together my Grandmother taught me that the q tip reaches better between tight spaces that the toothbrush can't reach half the time.

Congrats to your mom !!! I moved a lot in my life. I deep cleaned every single place before bringing my stuff in. I even had to clean all walls in one rental to remove smell of cigarettes. I like to use lots of microfiber rags to clean. I’m going to try the mop you using. I currently have spin mop and I like it, but bucket is too big to store in the bathroom.

It's a lovely home . I hope your sisters help keep it super clean . As you helped your mother around the house when you were younger. Before we could go anywhere on a saturday I and my sisters and brothers had to help clean the house until it was shining while mum did all the washing and Ironing and preparing all the meals for the week. I now have my kids help clean. I hope the family will be happy in the new home.

I love cleaning too. I do have a steamer, and swiffer and an ocelot mops. I like them for different floors.
