If you wanna go full attack speed then basically whatever you built on your varus video. PD, runnans, Bork etc.
For on hit, something along Bork, Quiznos rageblade, terminus.
For either, I run lethal tempo, triumph, alacrity, cut down. Then its down to whatever you prefer over Eyeball+ hunter or celerity+ gathering@@BodyThoseFools2
