Driving a Glasgow to Edinburgh service from Linlithgow...on the Fife Circle Line DLC...this can't be right? Hope you enjoy!

Rivet said on the preview stream you'd be able to drive some services from Linlithgow to Edinburgh but for some reason not the other way. The reason Linlithgow is in the route is so you can use the Winchburgh line, which is currently freight only but could be used for diversions. They built the route on top of the old Edinburgh - Glasgow route and deleted everything after Linlithgow. If you check through the 385 timetable you can find a ECS working from Queen Street which is playable! Look for 5R29 in the 385 timetable.

Fife Circle is due to be partially electrified by the end of 2025. One day we might even see a BEMU based on the 385 for real.

I like this longer route, especially because Edinburgh is so more lively then in E-G but yeah the last bit of the line could use some more love, just copy paste it in guys

i guess the good thing about these services is that you can have half of that edinburgh to glasgow experience with the edinburgh waverley that was improved with fife circle, for example the class 170 services, aswell as the azuma services, as well as the class 158 services when that comes out

There is a timetable mod that makes it so you can drive the full Fife circle and the full E-G. Its under timetables on TSC
