I had this issue durimg my 1st times of having it. If you have to put it neutral to make it start, my theory from what i learned after a few of them happening is that maybe when you stop, you don't fully allow the car to come to a full rest(even if only 4mph) before engaging the park mode. The trans probably get stuck on gear anyways even tho it allows you to switch to park mode so the computer thinks you are in drive mode and doesn't allow the car to start even tho all the battery is running and the brakes get harder to push if you release and pump it again. Only when you get it to neutral it finally starts. Or sometimes for unknown reasons you have to turn it completely off and wait some mins before trying again. Either that or your battery might also be bad and needs to be changed. Been 2yrs i haven't got this issue tho. Seems to have fixed itself but i did changed the battery and alternator before that and it kept happening but now its all good. It starts quick and nicely with no hesitation
It’s the steering lock mechanism. Sift the steering wheel to the left or right and twist the key to the start position while holding the steering wheel left or right at the same time, and it will start, I was in a parking lot when I found that out. It only took me like 2 minutes to figure it out tho.
I have problem sometimes automatically engine turn off on the speed breaker or v slow speed but how can solved it technician also don't know and computer also didn't show fault 😢,how can i do it please assist me
@@richardrivera6538 I think either is fine but I turn clockwise, whenever my car doesn’t start it’s because the wheel is “tight” but idk it might’ve just been an issue with only my hyundai
