River Wide Poem

For all of you creatives who long for more time!
River Wide
Sometimes the river narrows,
restricting one’s time.
Amid rushing rapids,
all one can do is hold on.
Sometimes the river opens wide,
creating space broad and calm,
to pick up one’s paintbrush or pen.
Oh, how I long for the river wide,
to create once again!
