Also, I live here. We love what’s being done, but would ask that developers consider what’s being done to the ecosystem as well as the visuals in the area. We came for the rolling hills and large green spaces. Very quickly they’re being replaced by more and more developments, but not ones seeming to give much thought to the visual impact it’s had on the area. Consider design cues that enhance, rather than obscure, Clermont’s beauty.

Agree! Was there yesterday visiting from out of state after seeing this video. Schofield Road-stunning! Hills of Minneola-skyline of roofs. Del Webb Minneola-nice but will be surrounded by developers and more roof lines Ridge view-hallway of cars parked in road and basketball hood in driveways. Trees down for building while driving in Lennar Wellness Ridge. Hope developers were required to have green spaces for communities and entranceways. Appreciate developent but hope it’s tasteful and respectful, but worry about packed 🏡 from greed. Johnson’s market was closed but AMAZED at how many people were out visiting on sidewalks in downtown/business area of Clermont. Saw Epic Promotional Store in City Walk-that will change travels plans and impact Disney. Love the variety of restaurants everywhere-nothing where we live now can compare. Florida Turnpike helped -Groveland and Mascotte have pockets of homes in need of repair near new home community’s-
Great information on these videos! The best produced so far! Thank you! Inspired my husband and I to take a drive down over the weekend and we crammed in everything we could. It helps to see some things in person. We wouldn’t have known without the videos that all of this was coming to FL.

Same here. My Wife and I reside in Groveland. Constantly in Clermont, Winter Garden, and Orlando. There is really nothing in Groveland but peace, quiet and tranquility…
