I have the original Azul, and have always loved it. I bought Stained Glass as a house warming gift for some friends, and was able to play that. I have to say I like Stained Glass better, but not enough to buy it. One Azul is enough. Plus, I can play Stained Glass whenever I visit my friends.
That's true I also have games I like but don't own but my friends have them. Azul is just one of the few games, where I kind of want them all ;)
Thank you for making this! I played Summer Pavilion back in 2019 and enjoyed it so much I haven't been able to stop thinking about it. I hadn't had a chance to play the previous versions so your comparison was really helpful.
Very good comparison, really helped me to decide between the 1st and newest version of the game. I also liked the segment at the end when you explained which one you enjoyed the best. Great video!

Thank you so much for your comparison and gameplay videos. I had my eye on the series but had yet to pick one up. I finally saw Sintra and Pavilion at my local game store today and wasn't sure which one to get. After watching your explanations I immediately rushed back to pick up the one copy they had of Summer Pavilion. A few play-throughs later in the night and I have no regrets. :)

I love these Azul games. Once done playing, I want to play again! I have the original and Summer Pavilion. The newest one, Queen's Garden also looks like fun!

I don't understand why some people doesen't like Sintra or Summer Pavillon. Btw i like your Channel, good work!
My guess is they like how simple and quick the game is, there is more rules and thinking in the other versions. Thanks :D
I like your video very much. I do have to say though, that i would have loved to see the alternative game modes of the games, since they offer a more or less drastic change to how the game plays.

The best video about Azul. Informative and in-depth. Thank you for uploading it. I have Azul and after I saw your comparison, I decided to get "glass of Sintra" at once. I will certainly get summer pavilion also after some game time with "glass of Sintra".

Hello. I am a big fan of your game reviews. I love azul, and the summer pavilion version, I have been toying with whether it is worth it to by the stained glass version as well. Based on comparison, I AM getting the stained glass also. It will keep the gameplay fresh for me and my gaming buddy.

At first I thought one Azul was enough, especially when Sintra came out, I didn’t like the skinny long player boards that can be flipped and removed. Now that Summer Pavilion came out, I love the look, closer to the 1st Azul with a bit more combos.
Will definitely Keep Azul and add Summer.P to my collection .

My sister has the original one and the expansion for more players, but we live in different states so I can only play during the holidays when we get together. I've been thinking of getting one myself but wasn't sure if I should get the same one or a different one. And if a different one, which one. So this is an amazing video for me because I can compare the 3 all next to each other. Thanks a lot! ❤️

Hi Steven, that’s the good thing with games we all have different preferences. All I can do is show and explain the games and come with my opinion. Then it’s up to people to figure out if a game is something they will enjoy playing 😃 does that mean you don’t like The Matrix (movie)🤔
I don't like the scoring boards.... It's too small/fragile 🤔
They are a bit fragile, you have to be careful not to push them over when you play. No long sleeves when you play this game 😉
