No problems, I don't let too much direct light into the room, I guess you wouldn't want direct sunlight hitting the figures, otherwise if just light coming in from a window shouldn't be a problem. Cheers
Yeah the background is poster size, I normally make them A2 but have been experimenting lately, it takes alot more room in the cabinet. Waiting on Joker now and then the Batmobile!
Depth isn't really a problem with the Billy's particularly for figures, abit of an issue with vehicles. The Billys just look better from my POV so I highly recommend them. The glass doors are also cool (although expensive) and you can put LEDs on each row.
Yeah they bubblewrap the hot toys shipping box, sometimes though it doesn't come with the brown hot toys box but it's wrapped in bubble wrap. The only problem is that it takes some to arrive, ebay normally have it 30 days before hand so if you don't mind waiting then all good!
Yeah tell me about it, I spent thousands on Besta's before I realised they were too big for what I wanted. Just get 1 Billy and see how it goes, stick the detolfs on ebay, I sold mine for around $70 with a light. I think the Billys are $79, glass doors are around $89 each! Good luck with it.

Somehow I got a look at everyone elses reviews except yours, and most used the Detolf so that's what I went with!!! if I had seen yours, I think I would've gone with the Billy. Lucky I got the Detolfs for only $80 each when they were on sale a few weeks ago in Adelaide! Oh well, will have to make do now :)

Hey, one last thing. Your room with the Billys, do you let sunlight in there? I keep hearing that I should minimise the amount of UV light that the figures are exposed to. My Detolfs are in my home theatre room, but I can open the blinds to let light in. Is that a bad idea? I dont want to be too OCD about collecting Hot Toys, but just in case..... I got the Detolf cos I figured it had greater depth and I would need that to fit everything. But the height sucks cos I cant fit all the nice dioramas (eg. DX04 and DX05 ones). From your vids, it looks like the depth of the Billy isnt really a problem?.....

Can you tell me what their service is like? Also, when they ship the figures, do they bubble wrap the brown Hot Toys box and place the thing in a separate cardboard box to ship? The top rated ebay seller I use does this and the figures and box are really well protected.
