2️⃣ 2nd menu (pan potato egg musheroom)
any mushroom (button or oyster mush)
potato 1~2ea
egg 3ea
chili flake 1/2 Tbsp
minced garlic
toasted bread
olive oil

3️⃣ 3rd menu (creamy mush on toast)
brown mushroom 150g
fresh cream 130ml
parmesan cheese 30g
fresh thyme herb
half of brown onion
minced garlic 1/2Tbsp
unsalted butter 1Tbsp
cooking oil
salt & pepper
4️⃣ 4th menu (mushroom pesto & cream cheese toast)
canned champignon whole mushroom 200g
chshewenuts 2Tbsp
garlic 1~2 cloves
parmesan cheese 20g
olive oil 60ml
pinch of salt
ricotta cream cheese 3Tbsp (any cream cheese or greek yoghurt)
milk 3~4Tbsp
honey 1~2Tbsp
toasted bread
