I had an encounter with Billy back in 2021 after Thanksgiving in Wisconsin. At the Appleton Airport, my flight had been delayed several times over due to bad weather. I saw him walking down the concourse to a vending machine with fresh produce in it, he had his classic black shirt and American Flag tie and I felt compelled to walk up to him and strike a conversation with him. I mentioned; "That tie makes you look like Billy Mitchell" and he replied; "Because I am Billy Mitchell!" I didn't want to create any hostilities between us so I just said; "It's an honor to meet you" and I bought him a water bottle. The funniest part of this entire thing is that when I sat back down, he walked up to me holding a piece of paper. It was a signed autograph of his, the picture was him giving a thumbs up and smiling. After receiving this, I than realized how massive his ego was for him to be walking around and giving random signed mugshots of his to anybody who still a fan of his. I have it sitting in one of my drawers today.

I watched some vids about it, you just described it almost 100% For context, in CN's case from what I remember said to the court that the Character that looks like Billy is nothing of resemblance of Billy being a giant head that floats. I had an encounter with Billy back in 2021 after Thanksgiving in Wisconsin. At the Appleton Airport, my flight had been delayed several times over due to bad weather. I saw him walking down the concourse to a vending machine with fresh produce in it, he had his classic black shirt and American Flag tie and I felt compelled to walk up to him and strike a conversation with him. I mentioned; "That tie makes you look like Billy Mitchell" and he replied; "Because I am Billy Mitchell!"
I didn't want to create any hostilities between us so I just said; "It's an honor to meet you" and I bought him a water bottle.
The funniest part of this entire thing is that when I sat back down, he walked up to me holding a piece of paper. It was a signed autograph of his, the picture was him giving a thumbs up and smiling. After receiving this, I than realized how massive his ego was for him to be walking around and giving random signed mugshots of his to anybody who still a fan of his. I have it sitting in one of my drawers today.

OK, so at first I thought that the joystick being different coulda meant anything, most notably that the OG stick broke and had to be replaced. But that was before I knew Billy was supposed to have played on an unmodified arcade box.
