Mr Pathak nails it on spot with some genuine questions. I think it should herald new beginning of fearless, truth seeking journalism. He seems to have taken considerable pain to study critically and carry out some investigative work in preparation to interview which can lead to the root of the issues and problems and dish out truth. However, I wish could have been more balanced, and apprehensive to the odd situation PM is facing at the moment.

Exactly, we know the difficult situation you are in. We knew questions being asked were bit rough and understandably tough and answers we expected were subtle, critical, and apprehensively deep. Instead what we heard were same chest beating, fingering some invisible bogeyman of old system who comes out of sky and sabotages every good initiatives. Mr Dilbhusan Pathak is an award winning journalist, great questions, salute! but not to forget, Dr. Bhattarai is an award winner in his every level of studies till his PhD in economics, so i would say fantastic debate, however, Baburam cannot be blamed for everything. Its sad to see some people blindly support their "leaders". This is not about belittling Mr Bhattarai but rather holding him accountable for his own words. The same should apply for all the rest. And indeed such accountability should start from the very top. Maybe the national networks can ask similar questions to each and everyone of the "top leaders" while the local FM stations and newspapers grill the local politicians and leaders. Maybe then we can start thinking of a transparent society.

I don't think any man of conscience can condone the terror that Maoist imposed on Nepal for years. But Dr. Aryal does raise some valid points I think. I can understand Dil Bhusan asking Dr Aryal how not having made any progress on any of the fronts, his Party blamed past governments for, makes him look like a hypocrite. Is there light at the end of the tunnel?

Dil Bhushan really kicked BRB's butt. Every questions were logical and was up to the point. I really appreciate this effort from our nepalese Journalist. The questions being asked may seem irritatingly simple and persistently same but ordinary general population is awaiting the most wanted answer to these most repeated questions too. Why we'r not feeling relief and healing when we have quote unquote 'most qualified and much awaited' leader on the helm of country? Could have used this as an opportunity to explain the complex political fiasco and to take humble responsibility for 'delay and discomfort' to people instead of finger-pointing n naming.
We all know that some of other forces are dragging you down and paralyzing the system but you can't take it as excuse because you knew this fact when you promised. Plz do some constructive job rather than breaking 'Sahid Gate'. or something that is well established for a long. We all are in your support if you make a bridge, road, school, hospital. You would have more respect if you considered the sufferings and sacrifices people have made.. but where did all that go?? into the pockets of your friends and their sons, i do doubt if you got some of it too,... but there it goes, immense frustration and disappointment out here,.. people are not yet outrageous because apparently we've learned to live with this way of being cheated!

Nobody knows who the people is with. Neither me, you nor him or the journalist. Next election will reveal everything. Dilbhusan has asked good questions in a bad and respectless manner. You can ask such questions in a way better way.
