I'm having such a hard time catching myself...turns out I cannot push myself with my arm and if I catch myself is because my body dragged my arm as well. Any tips? =(

handhops > saltelli sulla mano
elbowhops > saltelli sul gomito / avambraccio

se intendi la differenza nella tecnica, non cambia nulla, si lavora in entrambi solo di ginocchia e bacino, cambia solo l'appoggio
