From hiccapop customer service: With respect to the wipes not heating for 30 minutes, that is probably quite misleading, because “initially upon first setup of the new wipes”, it probably takes more like 60 to 90 minutes to warm up the top wipes. But after that first setup - your wipes will be instantly warmed because there is continuous heat to the top wipes. Hope this helps. Cheers - hiccapop
