This seems geared mainly towards higher rated players who have mechanics that are already pretty solid and they can implement what you're talking about. Most people in gold and below have bad mechanics and won't be able to replicate this simply because there are too many steps involved. I understood everything you said in this video and it made sense, but it might be helpful for a wider audience if they had one concept to grasp at a time. To me it feels like the video kind of jumps around and touches quite a few concepts without going super in-depth, but a higher rated player will understand everything you referenced. I think this video does a great job explaining at how you use momentum in your peeker's advantage to get multi-kills.
Maybe what I said is up for debate, these are just my initial thoughts. Love your content noted :)

he has that in his other vids. check his older ones in his channel. you can't teach verticality with your crosshair placement you have to play games and practice it there. you also have to think about how he peeks if he's near the wall or not he explains this in his other vids. try it in death match try making the opponent miss their shots before you shoot yours be unpredictable with A and D keys

I happen to be a test subject of various levels of peekers advantage. I started playing valorant before my region got servers. 160ms was what i played on the the window was extremely tight.
first thing you need to understand is the agent you play needs to be able to escape cause once you wider swing (with max acceleration then come to a stop before the server updates on both sides) you're fully committed and should have a general ideaof the enemies position and in some cases prefire.
it gets more easier with ping below 70ms, do note players below the 20ms range will match the reaction cause once you swing, time taken to aquire target and stop & and shoot at the same time will be accounted for by their low ping and your high ping thus the surprise factor isn't as strong as you would imagine, however you can make it favourable by using util, like a blind, grav-net and all stalling or blinding utility.
overall this skill is valuable against a certain, or should i say most player base as it attacks the human reaction time......pray they dont have a 540 hz monitor though.
also turn off vsync if you wanna use peekers advantage

but to be honest, u have the LATENCY ADVANTAGE that makes u can shoot enemy first before they can. thats the really way to "cheat" in this game, its like in ur screen the enemy is there already but in your enemy's screen, they still cant see u or maybe u still moving while u actually shooting him already. i once ask u in ur stream how to achieve that thing like maybe u doing some tweak on ur pc to achieve that kind of advantage, but u just answered it short not detailed. please give some REAL information here my king, i already tired getting ferrari peek by anyone, not talking bout the angle advantage, but the REAL ONE ADVANTAGE which is peeker advantage BY LATENCY. REAL player must've known this and would agree. thanks anyway keep going my king

It's not necessary to always take two steps. it's situational
When you peek you must think before what would be hard or annoying for the enemy to fight 2 step swing is actually massive and not talked about much that’s why he’s showing it I’m sure
