He was a well known faceit player with over 10k matches. He did cheat, however, theres no proof its cs related. Its sus that he cleared inventory tho.

In legitimately 90% of the games I play it feels like I will be severely outfragging the other team and then randomly halfway through the game one of the bottom frags will just turn into shroud. It’s sketchy to me 9/10 times because you can tell the person doesn’t have any real game sense or understanding of the game, like running jumping 1 taps, pre firing a random ass corner where no one should be in the moment etc etc. it legitimately feels like this game is full of kids who toggle on as soon as they start to lose.

Thats not the main reason. The main reason why most games use ban waves as opposed to instant bans, is that it makes it considerably harder for cheaters to reverse engineer the anticheat to see what triggers it and what doesn't. Not every company are assholes.
@@tomf0olery but the ban wave solves literally nothing for more than a day, the cheaters just get a new account and reinstall the cheats, hell, they could keep using the exact same one they were using before. They just need to spend $15 to rebuy prime and then all of a sudden the lower Elo games are swamped by cheaters reclimbing the leaderboard, and valve is up a clean $4,500,000 from the 300,000 new cheater accounts.
Sh*t is getting out of control and Valve employees are on Steam Workshop guessing what skins will get them more money, and worst than that is y'all keep buying them 😂
Faceit AC has full access to your system, he could’ve installed anything cheat related, not necessarily cs2 and still get banned. As far as I know faceit bans or used to ban people who had cheat engine on their pc
He was doing matchfixing and was player with radarhack. Many FPL and HLTV players were saying it but didn’t have sufficient evidence until it got proven by FACEIT basically.
