  • Chicken Tikka is easily the most FAMOUS and LOVED recipe all over India and even abroad. It has that bright orange-redish colour to it from the Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder and you get a kick from the raw Mustard Oil. Its traditionally made in Tandoor or Cylindrical Clay Oven, but you can make this at home and get almost the same flavours. You can also use the same Marination with Paneer, Tofu or Nutrela Soya and add your own tweeks to it.
    YOU CAN CUT THE CHICKEN IN THE TRADITIONAL WAY AND USE THE SAME MARINATION AND YOU'LL STILL GET TASTY RESULTS!!
    If you choose to cut chicken into medium size pieces you can use an oven at 180c for 20-25min or you can do it in a pan too!!

    Ingredients Required :
    1 Chicken Breast
    Salt to taste
    2 Tsp Black Pepper
    2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
    1 tsp Cumin Powder
    2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
    1.5 tsp Garam Masala powder
    1 tbsp Roasted Gram Flour / Besan
    6 tbsp Mustard Oil
    2 tsp of Lemon Juice
    1 tbsp Crushed Kasuri Methi / Dried Fenugreek Leaves
    2 Diced Tomatoes
    2 Diced Onions
    Some Coriander Leaves for Garnishing
    Some Lemon Slices for Garnishing
    1 Charcoal (if you choose to smoke your marination)
