He said there are 3 things you should do each day. Laugh, have your emotions moved to tears, and meditate. That's a full day he said. Very inspiring speech, even if you're not a sports person. People are more concerned with which celebrities are dating who while we're using more fresh water than we have, we're at war with a country that doesn't want us there, none of our soldiers speak their language, innocents are dying and society just looks the other way.
