alpha is a scared boy who has a loud mouth so he can control all the men around him. cause he is insecure. Sigma isn't scared of others. alpha needs a group, sigma comes at you alone.
I tend to saw many Alpha's around me, in certain mini group witch consist about 5 or more male....

if you are a perfect individual, you don't have to appeal yourself to get followers. Just be yourself, then people will be follower of yours naturally. Be organized, be reasonable, and be humble but be powerful.

If understand this correctly, a Sigma can when required act as an Alpha but, an Alpha can not act as a Sigma.

Im definitely not an alpha male but im usually in a leadership position. I was a staff sergeant ( }}} in the us army at age 24. Joined the plumbers union after war and became a foremen a month after turning journeyman. My motivation has always been not out of power. I just didn't like the idea of working for any of the people who ended up working for me. Im a fast, creative thinker. I think of solutions to mechanical problems almost instantly. I can always tell who the alpha males are in the group when i present my solutions. They'll be the ones who will try to belittle me with statements like, "you think too much." I usually fire back with, "at least I'm thinking." ..or , "it's not that hard. You should try it sometime." ..or something like that. ..as for following trends, i won't do it. In fact, if anything I'm into becomes trendy, I drop it like a hot rock. That includes my Harley Davidson. I quit riding it almost entirely back in the later 90s when the trend really started picking up..

I used to go along to get along. I found it just made life harder for me. The things iv learned at 40 is I am my own worst enemy. The only person that has your best interest and blame for your failure is the person looking back at you in the merrier. Let the Alfa be himself he will tell you everything you need to bring this individual down. The Alfa will have two choices be part of the team or continue the suffering. I live life with one rule....treat others the way you would want to be treated!!! This rule I place on the table to try and be as fair as I can to respect those around me. With time the other party or individuals actions will determine if that rule is set to the side.
