I can not ever understand the people who voted for The Lucky One over this. I can't imagine being that wrong.
The best I can come up with is that English isn't their first language so they find The Lucky One more exotic/novel and western while it's the other way around for us?
But even musically, this is great and deserved to be in Eurovision.

LOL, I'm so torn. I kinda subscribe to Micael 's schoold of thought which is "I'm watching all national selections 'cause it's more music" but at the same time I'm totally jeally of you for not doing it. This year, I think, surpassed any other in terms of #BadChoices at national selections. Like, I would need to actually take the time and make a list of all countries that just dropped the ball hard this year. That's a lot of disappointment in one season. I'm kinda lazy, but I might just do that xD

This was my favorit along with Kooit Toome. Uku was my 3rd of Esti Laul. I remember there were a lot of good songs in Eesti Laul, but the final thing that made people choose Uku over songs like Juris may have been, that they thought he deserved a second chance after not being able to propperly represent Estonia last year. Just my guess.
