Hi I have applied for my PF withdrawal on 25th Dec 2018 and its still showing as "under process" ason 11th Jan 2019.. When I checked,I realized that my employer has wrongly updated the exit date in PF portal as February 2018 instead of March 2018 where my PF was deducted and paid till March'2018. When I am keep following up with the employer, he is not responding towards this subject. Could you please guide me how to come out of this issue with a solution.Thanks Anoop
anoopmadhavan1984 You raise a grievance under: PF contribution deducted but not not deposited or PF benefit not provided for a specific period against that employer na. Let see what happens...as you are no more to build good relationship with that Employer.

I have been ting to withdraw my PF fud but its a big headache. The EFPO site says my mob is not registered and UA is not activated. Whenever, the we try to UAN the site doesn't respond after feeding the OTP number. This is happening sine oing. Even , my ex-office is fed up with the system. And as for EPFO complaint site is concerned, it is so complicated and u can register a complaint. My gus feelig is its a bog racket

Mere Father (52 year) private company me hai. Abhi 8 saal ki service hai. Abhi epf amount 15 lakh ho chucka hai. Hum Abhi chahte hai ki VPF me invest kare taaki Retirement tak compound interest amount humko jyada mile. Mere Father ne company ke HR Se puchha to vo bol rahi hai ki agar Aap Ko VPF ka fayda diya to sab employees Ko bhi Dena padega aur iska burden Company pe aayega.
1)Abhi VPF me to hum contribute kar rahe hai, company ka to koi contribution nahi hai to woh hamko VPF ka option kyon nahi de sakte?
2)Aur VPF ka chayan karna hamare upar hai ya company use mana kar Sakti hai kya?
3)Maine calculation Kiya to agar hamne VPF Me per month contribution 6000 se bhi badhaya to lagbagh 11 lakh ka fayda Ho Raha hai. Magar company ki HR negative soch rahi hai. Toh hum kuch legal action karke company Ko apna VPF dene Ko bol sakte hain kya?
4)Kya ya fir VPF ka option Dena ya nahi ye company ke uper hai?
5)Aur VPF pe jo yearly interest milta hai wo taxable hai kya?
अगर कोई सरकारी विभाग में पी एफ नहीं काट रहे तो क्या करना चाइए। जबकि शर्त के अनुसार वहा तो 20 से ज्यादा कर्मी काम कर रहे है।
There is no specific head to raise grievance for 'Date of Exit' update by Employer.....Which according to a HR law consultant CZcamsr is what PF Dept. is getting strict against. And this is what..... Who votes for bloody Modi...who sits and watch TV whole day with father's huge assets to spend.

Very good... Epfo ke computer oprator detaile me uttar nahi de rahe hai. Aadhar kyc me missmatch aa raha hai to wo bolta hai contractor ke pas jao aur contractor bolta epfo office jao. Epfo wale koi uttar nahi de rahe aur reason bhi bata nahi rahe ki ye problem kya hai aur kaise solve hogi aur kanha se solve hogi.

The bank account linked with this account is also linked with the following UANs : 10029128XXXX (with different demographic details). If these UANs are yours, then please get the basic details corrected in your other UANs and link them with your Aadhar for transfer of your accounts to the present one. If this bank account is not yours then please add your correct bank account and get it approved by the employer to avail online claim facility. 2 bar advance paisa nikal aya hai. Firstly, check your bank account whether the settled amount has been credited, if not, then make correction in bank account, IFSC code etc, then resubmit the claim for reissue after recrediting the returned amount in your epf account if the returned amount received back from the bank. however the said grievance has been forwarded to the concerned section to check and recredit the same if the amount received back from the bank plz help kya revert send kru

Real me he died while in service. Isko kaise proof kar sakte hai. March me wo office se leave par the beemar hone ke Karan. Is wajah se salary due nhi Hui aur pf nhi kata tha.
