- ET’s Lauren Zima video chatted with Bindi, Terri and Robert Irwin, as well as Bindi’s husband, Chandler Powell, at the family’s Australia Zoo last month. The newlyweds reflected on their wedding day, which came together last minute amid the coronavirus pandemic. Mom Terri and brother Robert shared special memories from the big day, including how they kept late dad Steve’s memory alive during the ceremony. The family got emotional while talking about Steve and how much they missed him during this milestone.

exactly, I feel like nobody realizes that while Bindi had time to make memories with Steve, Robert likely has only very few memories of him, or probably just learns from footage. He was a baby. A lot of people talk about how hard it is to lose a parent, but it's especially hard when you lose a parent you don't really remember yet everyone around you does.
I've always been so sad about that. He has videos, items of Steve's I'm sure, and stories but it's never the same. Bindi had 8 years to *truly* bond with him.
But he said he does have some memories, and that's better than no memories at all.
Robert is a spitting image of his father. God bless all of them 🙏🏾

When someone passes away they are always with you, just in a different form. Teri has done an amazing job raising those two.
I hope Terry allows Bindi and new husband to visit Borneo Island to see some of the rare animals insects birds and flowers which are not found anywhere else.

Hi Everyone, please know that Steve is always with you. I truly believe that you are all a soul group who are doing such great work on the planet and that Steve is part of that group who is still working on the other side. I always loved Steve and I felt a connection to him, and I will never forget the moment when I walked into my mom's bedroom and the TV was on and at the bottom of the screen were some words, and all that I saw was "Steve's Final Adventure" and my heart just broke. I have followed you all for years and I wish you all the best of everything. And so many congratulations to Chandler and Bindi.

I loved you all since ever ❤️ ...my memories. I remember reading Steve Irwin's death in a newspaper I was 7 .Not knowing he was the same crocodile man as I shouted everytime I saw him in animal planet. I miss that guy. But Robert is love ♥️. His episodes with Jimmy Fallon is a quick remedy when I feel sad. I love the entire family 😍❤️.
