- In this video we will look for opportunities to imagine a broader range of ethnic identities for the people the Lord brought to the New World. This can be important when filmmakers or artists (such as myself) seek to represent stories around the people of the Book of Mormon. Or for anyone that wants to imagine what these people may have looked like.
If you are interested in more information about african remains in America, the BBC has a documentary called, "Tracking the First Americans".
One of the better CZcams videos I have seen in a long time, very clear and informative. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Really cool ideas and I enjoy your art, BF. Thanks for sharing!
Woooo! That was so awesome and informative! Super clear and easy to understand! Very immersive and fills me with excitement to explore the scriptures deeper! Plus the music really adds to the impact of all of the points of the video. Super great Dad! I also love that ending line. Super cool.
💪🏿❤️💪🏿❤️ Thank you so much for making this video is the whole truth! The worldwide massive cover up of plain in view evidence is astonishing but foretold in the bible.
Thoughtfully done - thank you
Though we don't know for sure, I've never seen so much stretched speculation attached to a single video.
I love the black and white reference to the countenance. That is seen today in people who turn away from the Savior. Thank you for this thought-provoking video. Always appreciate your careful insights.
Wow! Thank you!
Most of my relatives ignored this in the Book of Mormon. Adam and Eve are our dna. JESUS has the same dna.
❤️
Politically correctness wasn't in the book of Mormon. Its a modern invention. Not sure what to make of these ideas.
I may have titled it badly. I wasn't trying to make any kind of political point (again - bad title). I was just hoping to share some ways we can envision the people in the scriptures that we don't normally have to think about. I certainly wouldn't if I wasn't an artist. But if we do visualize them (in art, video or our imagination) I hope we find scriptural reason to see more of God's children than we might with a cursory reading.
Ronald, I didn't get the sense that this video was trying to be "PC" in the sense of forcing something; I think it was a fun scripturally-based thought experiment and for the purposes of creating religious art I think it's a great idea: we can't really know what these people looked like so why not (as long as it's done respectfully, as it is here)? I think it could help children especially to relate to the stories if they see "people who look like me."
Not sure how you derived political correctness from this video. I think only those that have fallen for the racial construct invented by man would see an issue with this. That's how the adversary divides brothers and sisters who are children of a loving Heavenly Father. Thanks Bro. Fullmer! This is from 2 years ago. I see you have been working on the same painting from your most recent video. I can't wait to see the finished product. ;)
It's inspired by Satan to discredit the church!!!
