I can understand why some fans would want Gible to evolve cause Ash would have Garchomp, but come on, most of half the Pokémon Ash own are not fully evolve and they've all prove to be powerful without evolving.

My favorite thing they did with the gag during the series was when they used it to locate Piplup, knowing full well that wherever Piplup was, the Draco Meteor would find him. Lol

Gible's Draco Meteor hitting Piplup was one of the funniest running gags out there. I do also like how it had reprocutions for it's actions even if unintentional.
Definitely really funny, I thought it was Psyduck level
at this point, that Piplup should develop an exclusive dragon type resistance.

Ash’s gible becoming a garchomp but still keeping the goofball personality would’ve been something to see though I wonder how that would’ve played out if Ash ever got a mega stone for gible and actually managed to evolve it (though it was kind of a missed opportunity for ash to get ANY mega stones even with his greninja having that gimmick)

Garchomp like gyrados become incarnations of destruction. Mistys gyrados obeying her orders were an exception not the rule. So a mega garchomp with gibles personality may not work

Gible is a late addition done right. We immediately got to see Gible's character, which is something we didn't get too much with Phanpy in Johto and Snorunt in Hoenn.
True, I think Snorunt had an excellent battle record as Glalie but it lost some of its personality in the process
Snorunt did have personality though when ash met it. Snorunt was a prankster
I hope we see Gible again at some point, the anime can’t just tease us with Ash potentially getting a Garchomp.

If gible ever evolves into a Garchomp, the second he uses draco meteor. It needs to somehow hit piplup. Does not matter if piplup is across the globe. It still needs to land its mark.

I honestly feel like in private. Her Garchomp is a true softy towards Cynthia and those he naturally cares for. It's very clear that he cares for Cynthia at least, so in that case, yeah he's a total softy when they aren't in public and he's out if his luxury ball

The reason why he didn’t evolve in the first place was because Ursula had Gabite and Cynthia had Garchomp.
Having him evolve would make him less unique.

Gosh I would love to see a Garchomp with Gible's personality. It would be like Cameron's Lucario with having a mostly serious species of Pokemon act like a total goof outside of battles. Yeah sure, it would be strong, but I more just want to see a Garchomp nibble on a tree for no particular reason.

I imagen years later where Gible is a fully evolved Garchomp. Its training for its next battle in Sinnoh when it uses Draco Meteor it manages to travel from Shinnoh to hoenn where Dawn was practicing for her next Pokemon Contest Tournament and hit Piplup.

The Draco meteor gag on Piplup was one of the best things the writers could have done. I felt bad for Piplup, but the joke was just too hilarious and they nailed it every time. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

While it was a shame that Ash left Gliscor behind for a while and that he never evolved Gible, I don’t think Ash could’ve made a better choice with a capture to replace Gliscor for the time being

I love character studies like this. Ash's Gible is not only one of the single funniest running gag characters in television history, but it's one of the more compelling Pokemon stories.
I found and rescued my dog Mark Shaggy from an abandoned home. He is quirky like Gible, eating pretty much anything, and often biting my hand when playing. Mark also comforts me when I'm sad and sleeps by my side. I can say from experience that stories like these are relatable and heartfelt.

I wish the writers had Gible evolve even at least once it would've been great, in fact if I was writing the anime I would've had Gible evolve into Gabite after beating Conway's Dusknoir in the Sinnoh League which would signify it's growth especially after mastering Draco Meteor.

I absolutely love the office set up. Great video as always. I loved Gible. Garchomp is one of the best pokemon even though its typing is pretty bad in some ways. I thought Ash having a Gible was cool considering Garchomp is the major pokemon for Champion Cynthia... well Spiritomb is another one of her many aces but Garchomp is her true ace. Ash is such an amazing trainer. He is so patient with his pokemon no matter what extreme thing they do and he loves them whether they are weak or strong and that is why ash goes down in the animr hall of fame along with other anime legends

As awesome as it would've been to see Ash with a Garchomp, Gible serves as excellent comic relief for the kids watching to enjoy whilst almost having a lot of *ahem* bite in his battles that older fans can enjoy. I mean, he landed rock smash on a Darkrai and lived to tell the tale. That's a core memory for him right there.

7:44 i'd like to see that. If Gible ever rejoins Ash's team. i'll probably bet it'll be given the same treatment like Phanpy to Donphan in The Battle Frontier. as they're both Pokemon Ash captured in their native Regions but were so late. but then they later get more to do in the later season.

Gible was a very funny member of Ash’s team, and its antics were great to watch. I think it could have gone with Ash to Kalos so it could evolve and get its mega evolution, like aipom did to promote gen 4

Gible really is one of ash's more underrated pokemon. It came late in the series but prove to be quite a powerhouse. Really would of loved to see it go up against Volkner's team in DP or paul.

Def seems like they were going for a cutesy/Psyduck type character again, only Gible actually does stuff.
Random idea: cover any notable Nurse Joy's Chansey/Officer Jenny's growlithe's. Obviously not all of them as that would be insane, but just the ones that stick out, like that one Chansey from the Battle Frontier arc that pummeled Ash.
Or there's those anime reoccuring Pokemon like Jigglypuff, Snubbull, Bewear, etc..
I've done the research on Growlithe but I need to think on how I'm going to structure the script since it's a bit of a different approach
