  • Finishing up the install of the factory pipe highlighting some of the grunt work we had to do to get it installed properly! If you couldn't tell this install is not like installing a traditional exhaust on a motorcycle or car. It takes some pretty intense modification to get it done and done right. This install is not done in a couple hours. Its best done by taking your time making sure there are no clearance issues or potential premature wear points. With the pipe we are very frequently checking everything as there is more vibration with the pipe and can lead to issues if not properly maintained and checked.
    * Update on carb jetting- We had switched from a 135main jet to a 140 on the carbs as it appeared to be running to lean. We might even go to 142 to have that extra room for adjustability as the high speed screws are already 2.5 turns out. That being said we feel as the ski is running safe and not lean with the 140. We believe the larger jets were required due to the larger surface area in the carb with the choke butterfly removed. More air= need more fuel. Will have a video on our way of tuning the skis coming soon!**
    Thanks for watching!

What jetting did you end up with? And what’s your setting for b pipe screws roughly?
