Antes que nada, que sistema O.S. Tienes?? El Win 10 de 32 o 64bit? por que creo que el e-gate Smart Card que instalas es basado solo para sistemas 32bit y creo que no existe descargas en Z3X para 64bit. por que supuestamente deberia instalarse solo automáticamente pero si tienes conflictos o algo mal montado Ploff.

windows 10/32 or 64 bit , 8.1/32 or 64 bit , 7/32 or 64 bit work properly. 32 0r 64 bit windows have any different.
