I remember the hidden door 🚪 when I was a kid I was so excited and thought there was a secret way to open it :( sadly just seems to be a bug on certain versions of the game
One glitch I encountered was during my duel with Draco. What happened was that we both died at the same time. When that happened the beginning of the cut scene if you won started to play but then it faded to black and the loading screen to reset the duel appeared. Then I heard Malfoy yell Serpensortia to which my game then froze still on the loading screen.
When I played this when I was 10, there was a glitch in Borgin and Burke's when after you called Hedwig and got the owl treat. When I was feeding Hedwig I stood a little too far from him and Harry put the treat in his coat pocket and instead of it saying "Feed Hedwig", it said "Read Note" and I was stuck forever :(
Here is another glitch: When playing this game on PS3, when you are casting Lumos to get through a secret compartment in Knoctern Alley, right after you get the spell and are going out through the black cabinet passage, the game glitches and shows Harry walking forwards, but he keeps on walking through the wall across the way. You can only press SELECT to view the Rememberall and cannot do anything else. Online sources say that you have to hold L2 while pressing X to push through the wall, but I have done that and it does not seem to work. If anyone would be able to help me, it would be gratefully appreciated :)
Patrick J. McKenna I know I’m 2 years late but to fix this glitch, press X to go through the wall like you normally would do. Then right before Harry keeps walking and glitches through the wall eject the disc. The game will freeze and then re insert the disc and then you’ll be good to go. I did this and it worked
@@micklucas1451 - Only on an old 60GB release model PS3 from 2006/7. They removed the PS2 backwards compatibility feature with the release of the 40 and 80GB PS3 models in 2008/9.
Just hit the 'SELECT' button and assign one of your spells to an unused button and Harry will stop walking. This issue occurs multiple times when walking through certain passages while running the game on an old PS3. The aforementioned fix will prevent the glitch every time it happens.
@@ak740_ - If you hit the 'SELECT' button and assign one of your spells to an empty button this will also fix the issue as it will stop Harry from walking.
