Gta v constant stutter

What the Fuck is this and how do I fix it... Running a 4690k with a gtx 970 and 16gb of ram on a 240gb Kingston ssd... What the Fuck gives?!?

Same here........
At launch I had a GTX 570 with 1.2GB Vram + 8GB sys RAM and the game ran butter smooth no stutter.
Now I have 16GB sys RAM and a 4GB GTX 680 and it stutters like shit all the time.
WTF did Rockstar do to BREAK this game? Fucking ill gotten gains update.
