I have a fixture which is getting power but not nothing else is happening, either tilting, panning or even gobos nothing is moving. Any help

When the machine shows “LAMP HOT” what should i be looking to fix? TIA

Most likely there is an issue with the lamp itself. Check the lamp hours and visually inspect the lamp itself for damage or wear. If no signs of wear or damage are visible on the lamp consider taking it to a specialist for further diagnosis
