    They make roughly 25 to 30 million every time Messi plays and that is only through tickets and food they sell During the game, this doesn’t include sponsors and broadcast

      Huge numbers. I can understand (in a way) Inter Miami hiking prices up but the other teams doing the same whenever Messi will be playing against them feels like it is just pricing out proper fans.

      12 million people watch Cruz Azul game. This are Apple TV subscribers by $50 dollars each is total of $600 million bucks and more are subscribing every day. This subscription ends in February and to renew is gonna cost $100 for the full season. Disgusting the amount of money Apple and everyone else are making thanks to Messi.

      @@gabrielvillegas5508 Brother prices differ by region, here in India we are getting mls pass approximately around 12 - 15 USD. Bringing Leo at MLS is a baller move i never herd about inter Miami before. Bringing him in means a lot to new emerging players as well like Robert Taylor and Josef Martinez, lots of eyeballs are there at the game now... Good promo strategy for world cup 26 as well. I also think that other teams should brace up as well by bringing more eye candies of football universe. MLS has bigger talent pool and presentation than Saudi league i hope gameplay gets more better as well.

    The only reason why the Atlanta game is cheap is because they refused to remove turf and put grass in the soccer field and no one knows if Messi will play on there considering Argentina games coming up right after that lol.

      @sportstraveltom  Před 11 měsíci

    • @skateguy50
      @skateguy50 Před 11 měsíci +1

      That's what I was wondering if they ever line up to play in New England if he would play or ask them to put turf over the artificial. I believe that has been done in the past and if you take a stadium like Gillette that usually only sells the bottom section of 20,000 seats at low prices say average $50, that's max 1 million in tickets for a game. Now the full stadium capacity is over 60,000 seats and say an average of $500 that's 30 million in ticket sales for one game. You can easily pay to bring in a full turf field and remove it after the game, as I understand they have plans in place to do that for world cup matches.

    • @sportstraveltom
      @sportstraveltom  Před 11 měsíci

      @@skateguy50absolutely. It just seems absurd though that other clubs in the league are putting up prices just be cause Messi is coming. Clubs need to remember their fans & if they are all of a sudden getting hit with ridiculous prices that’s unfair. If pitches need to be changed then the league should pay for the change, no? The fans shouldn’t pay for that.

    • @skateguy50
      @skateguy50 Před 11 měsíci

      gillete is just frustrating because it's one of the few left that is shared with American football and was originally a natural grass field but changed do to injuries in winter months with those games as the MLS team has never been the primary focus.
