Excellent 👌🏼! Thanks man 3:58
Thank you so much for creating these helpful videos! Helps me so much 😘
That's great! Looks much easier than I expected. At the very end of the video you mentioned that you were going to fix apparently a broken part on the arm rest...than is the reason I need to take my door panel off...that plastic piece that supports the door panel must be weak and breaks easily. I was hoping you might have had an additional video about repairing that. Looks like you have to take yet another inner panel off that may have some clips or some sort that may have to be sourced before you get into it so you don't have to leave the panel off for maybe days. My last experiences with clips are problems to find exact ones.
White is up , Green is down , Thanks for every detail you mentioned . Greeting from middle east to you man ..
Thanks for sharing this info. You rock!!

super helpful
GREAT VIDEO! THANKS
Thank You! I need to fix an annoying rattle, in my 2015 Prius, coming from the inside of the front passenger side door. Sounds like a loose wire connecter knocking around while I'm driving. Again, Thank you!
I have the same problem. Did you ever fix yours?
Thanks brother
Very helpful thanks ❤
Great information 👍🏻
Do they hv replacements for the door carpet trim?
Does the rear speakers use rivets or mounted screws?
This is a great help. What do you use when repairing the broken arm rest?
What I did:
Unmount door panel as in video
Take a propane torch and heat a large punch
Use the punch to re-melt the plastic studs together being careful not to move the two pieces until the plastic has cooled
Repeat previous step on all broken studs
Take super glue and baking soda and apply a small amount of glue to the joints and sprinkle with baking soda
Gently blow away excess baking soda and reapply super glue.
Repeat until you’ve built up some material holding the weakened joints together.
Never apply body weight to the door in question again. Best I can tell the door is fixed aesthetically but not 100% structurally.
Yeah dude I’m just here for that
Hi are all the gen 3 door panels compatible with each other
Awesome! Thx!
random question do i have to disconnect battery so airbags dont go off?? i get super nervous about that thanks 😂
If you’re disconnecting an airbag or working next to one I’d definitely disconnect it to be safe 🤣
Hello.
May i use the same way with the Prius 2
Thanks
Very helpful. Did this for all my 4 doors to replace speakers and even the front tweeters (removing A pillar ect) very simple stuff.
When camera is not rolling and you are doing it yourself it takes literary 2 minutes to pop it off and 2 minutes on again great design (you should have the 3 tools shown ready ofcourse, Phillips, Flathead and plastic tool). However drilling out the OEM speakers can be a little messy, since they are riveted. I bought 1 pair of 6.5 inch plastic baffle/socket for the speakers rear and 1 pair of 6x9 inch Front, made the installation alot simpler and cost 40 dollars (10$ each) to save me a bunch of work with plywood or cutting out the old speaker since it is molded into the OEM speaker baffle. I also added some Alu-Bitumen plates to the door skins since these cars have very poor sound insulation in the doors, common for Japanese cars. 40 sheets for 60 dollars enough for all 4 doors. (15 x 10 inch sheets) Speakers preform better and less sound in the cabin.
The A-pillar stuff took closer to 5 minutes off and 5 minutes on since it would be bad to mess up those (look ugly when you drive).
Thank you ang good job !!!!
Thank you!.
Oh nice 👍 thanks
@3:32 I own a 2012 Prius and when he touches the arm rest saying "to repair this on the door". Basically, that's the part that's coming loose on my car. I am interested how to repair that arm rest on the door if it is loose.
"That'l be 500 dollars"
🙂💯💯💯
Bet a lot of ladies are talking about his huge screwdriver out there
thank
