I guarantee he wouldn't trade places with his wife. He isn't so jealous he'd want to suffer through pregnancy, labor, and birth. Also, being pregnant doesn't mean you're going to carry to term.
You can bond alot by talking to the baby or singing to the baby or rubbing the belly .i remeber my first child i always hummed and when she was born whenever i would hum she would fall asleeo so fast
I’m pregnant right now and it is NOT a walk in the park. It is the worst nausea, the most sharp pains, the fatigue, the heaviness, and so much more. Bonding happens when you go through something hard with someone and you don’t give up on them. After the baby is born the bonding happens when you patiently help baby through their struggles that they can only express through crying. When you feed them and change them and do the dirty work. If you want to bond as a man with your baby take the baby when they won’t stop crying and go walk with them and burp them when they are done eating and come to their aid anytime they experience stress. Not only will you be your wife’s hero you will have that bond with baby.

Dad's can bond with the baby. You can still read, talk and sing to the baby and feel the baby move.
