The Mother should of been made to pay!!!! It was her stupidity that got her daughter kicked out of the Country Club!! So the Mother doesn’t need to have some class about herself and not screw the staff???
Judge screwed up on this one!!!!
The mom should have been accountable for her getting kicked out…. She told her mom she had to behave, the mom knew having sex with an employee was wrong and bad.
She’s FAR from the first person to have sex with a country club employee on the grounds of sex on country club grounds in general, believe me! Should she have to pay absolutely, but if that’s a reason to get kicked out I know a list of ppl, including family 🥴🤣…all that drinking it’s a thing 🤷🏾♂️
In the second case I would say, "This isn't high school anymore. This is the real world-- that's it. And the real world has rules."

The mother in the first case, is very immature and disrespectful to her daughter for even going there and representing herself like that….. I didn’t like the way he ruled and even one of these cases so I don’t know I might be skipping on Judge Ross!

The judge is wrong, absolutely! She should have gotten the money she requested.
Everyone should have stayed home in the first case. Or go to family therapy.
Case #1 JR if not award the plaintiff money, should have at least reprimanded the mother for disrespecting her daughter the way she does - having sex with the staff at the daughter's country club? Flirting with her boyfriends? She needs to grow up! Case #2 So sorry for the guy, but spending that kind of money and she bails a 6th time, I would have found someone else to go with him and not waste the evening.
