@@sandythomas6034 What has happened in the last decade, is that the confirmation process for federal judges and the Supreme Court has changed from basically needing bi-partisan confirmation at 60% of the Senate to strictly partisan 50 + 1. So, Republicans, when in control of the Senate choose the most partisan judges that they can find. Judges that will pretty much ignore precedent and just vote the Republican Party position on things. When it took 60 votes to confirm, hard core left or Right judges could just not get confirmed, so there was a bit of compromise. Not at all from the Republicans any more. they do not care whether the judges are even qualified or just, only that they rubber stamp the Republican position. So yeah, we are getting a lot of dumb Republican judges who have no regard for the law.

What other cases? I believe that she's had three case's in the two years she's been a judge, and two were settled, so a judge with one trial was given this case after having her rulings overturned earlier in this crime. And I believe I also heard that she didn't have trial experience as a lawyer. So between her inexperience, evident lack of knowledge, and obvious bias, she needs to be impeached and removed from the bench. And possibly have charges brought. Along with the bought and paid for SCOTUS criminals. And that the three or four judges that lied to Congress (and the one whose debts mysteriously got paid off, and criminal investigation by the FBI dropped) to get their current jobs need to have consequences for their actions at least, or removed from office at best.
