Great video as usual! I took bf42 a little ago and was hoping to find a guide like this! I know they are not super recent, but could you do valheim, divinity original sin 2 and V rising? All very cheap games too, but since 2 are indies it's difficult to find guides done like yours.

I think Terrain Quality controls Tessellation or something similar, maybe you'll notice the difference on Caspian Border on near the center capture points.

Is there any options to boost CPU performance in this game, could imagine Mesh Quality could help?
Unfortunately, because RTSS doesn't work in this game, I can't be certain, but lowering settings like mesh quality "should" help when CPU bottlenecked.

I play on geforce now and my settings randomly change now there all messed up and clouds look weird in game so do the colors and white balance looks weird

Man,i' have some question, you have a high use from cpu during a some gameplay in Battlefield? What i ' should to do?
Nothing, the game is EXTREMELY cpu dependent so it uses more than 80% usually (for me it never goes below 90)
Look at rocks in terrain to see difference of quality of terrain

I play BF2042 in laptop Acer nitro 5, intel i5 11400h and rtx 3050. After update windows my CPU usage become 100%. Can someone help me???
if you go for Multiplayertitles always go for Clean & best visuals (enemys need to be seen) it's all ppl care if they play those games :D

Thanks for the settings. Boy this game is BLURRY. 1080p TAA gaming is awful
You can configure resolution scale to combat the blur by increasing the ResolutionScale value in the settings file or through the console, in game. The default value of 1.0 renders the game at 100% resolution.
The setting is GstRender.ResolutionScale 1.000000
Located in Documents\Battlefield 2042\settings\PROFSAVE_profile
You can also open the console using ~ and type Render.ResolutionScale 1.0
I found that around (1080p)1.4+ things start to get better. It hurts performance, but better then a blurry image.
Turn OFF "chromatic aberration" and "motion blur". Than TAA to LOW. Enjoy!🤗
@@VicioScape, i was playing BF4 with resolution scale 150%. 2880×1620 picture looks extremely sharp and clear on FullHD monitor👍😋

Bf 2042 is not a optimized game

I'm sorry but your video is not accurated at all, I mean in a real gameplay scenario Post Processing fps diff is much higher, same goes with a lot of settings aswell. Next time you should try to compare inside a game with atleast bots shooting etc...
I chose to use an empty map for consistency.
@@ZykopathOfficial Yea I know, but if you go to actual gameplay changing those settings that have 1 to 2 fps from low to high, actually has like 30 fps diff
You cant recommend people to sett things to medium - high , they can have an weaker gpu then yours or weaker cpun . the game gonna preform worse with this settings
