Dude they could make a great dc universe, imagine it. They nailed Gotham City, had shown a great Joker with his background and his overall design, and simply mastered the Waynes. It can be easily expanded showing more to the Batman universe, their villains and the recruitment of his allies. Honestly do you want this to be a standalone movie and miss out on all of the opportunities? Or simply stick with the dceu... we all have a voice here.

Im DC`4`Life!! & am not easily pleased, This Film was close to perfection! perfection in the sense of an actual character 'study' (story of) the Joker. this is what it should've been! and Was! knowing that I can't imagine someone else playing (the man who "devolves" into what turns into being) -Joker, after seeing Phenix do it, it couldn't have been acted better by any actor alive, & that says everything! The imagination stuff is always revealed to be imagination. When he is on the car being praised then it goes to him in an asylum, it’s him after he eventually gets caught whether 2 days or 2 years since the Murray incident. When he is in the asylum it shows how dangerous and how much of a nuisance he is to deal with.
I really like the theory of him being in the asylum and remembering what “happened” in the movie but with his older self in it.. kind of like reliving the whole movie but with his old self. It doesn’t asnwer anything in regards to what happened or didn’t but I found it interesting how they referred to him as “kid” or boy.. when in reality he looked old asf. Not sure if that was just due to Joaquin being older and them not being able to conceal his age or BC he was genuinely younger when that memory took place. Happened twice.. when De Niro told him in his “fake memory” and when Wayne talks to him in the bathroom.... However, to be fair, those two moments of the movie are actually fake and never really happen. FORSURE the De Niro one and the other in the bathroom looks fake.. once he gets punched he leans over and the scene cuts to him being in his kitchen in the same position. Idk man GOOD MOVIE

Biggest Boi ffs you have no clue what you're talking about. And the roles Leto has played, they wouldn't have pulled off as well. Leto doesn't pull off sociopaths well, so what? He's made many movies with amazing skill.
