I fondly remember the two of them playing piano together back in the day (before we immigrated to the US). Down to earth Chef RV and company made me laughed so much that made my day. Great foods like bulalo, lomi Batangas, etc. made me yearned for home. The added info shared particularly that of how to properly eat the lomi is something that can enhance the experience next time I partake of this dish. The interactions with different people from all walks of life made me realized that Chef RV is someone to emulate - hard working, funny, and really, really generous with his recipes. I learned a lot and learning much more with his food and travel vlogs. And to this, I say, thanks and hope I can see you in person one day soon.

Down to earth Chef RV and company made me laughed so much that made my day. Great foods like bulalo, lomi Batangas, etc. made me yearned for home. The added info shared particularly that of how to properly eat the lomi is something that can enhance the experience next time I partake of this dish. The interactions with different people from all walks of life made me realized that Chef RV is someone to emulate - hard working, funny, and really, really generous with his recipes. I learned a lot and learning much more with his food and travel vlogs. And to this, I say, thanks and hope I can see you in person one day soon.
