Thank you so much for another easy-to-follow tutorial! I like your "0,1,2,3,4" PowerShell method better than what I have been using "Move-ADDirectoryServerOperationMasterRole -Identity DC2 -OperationMasterRole SchemaMaster, DomainNamingMaster, PDCEmulator, RIDMaster, InfrastructureMaster". It does the same thing, but yours is shorter with less chances of a typo.

If "the CUI method" is to be used, there is no need to register "schmmgmt.dll", correct?

If you are using PowerShell then there is no need to register the old dll file for mmc.
