I’ve lost 60 pounds in the last 6 months and all of my pants are way too loose in me now. What a simple solution! This will give me more time before I need to buy new clothes (or make more advanced alterations). Thanks for the tutorial ❤️
Love how you showed the elastic in the dress and place the gathers in the front and not the sides. Also the last part with the pocket, just amazing how it looks brand new and no trace of a tear at all. Wonderful!

Another way that I do my alterations is to have my customer wear the garment on inside out so as you mark, you won’t have to transfer to the inside because you’re already have it done on the inside of the garment. As sometimes when I mark to the floor than I lay it flat on the table the markings are up and down and I won't be sure which are the good marking or not.

What kind of marking chalk do you use? It looks like the inexpensive waxy stuff that comes in several colors but mine doesn't disappear with heat the way yours does.

I used regular thread. But seraflex is great for stretchy fabrics. Cheers 🙂
How do you take out a puff sleeve from a v neck cotton/poly quarter sleeve jersey shirt. And add a traditional flat quarter sleeve.
In a nutshell, you remove it, open it flat and cut it again. I should make a video about it 🙂
