Remember it's a low kv motor for 4s so it will be slow on 3s. Jetwood has a higher kv motor

I think they should have geared it like a Granite or Rival and get around 70km/h on 3S. I don't think most MJX or Rlaarlo costumers are very interested in adding 4S batteries and chargers to their collection...

This truck is $300. Not really gonna be compared to those two trucks you mentioned.
This is competing with trucks like the Granite 3s. I mean, look at the body and tell me it's not.
I don't think most potential customers are gonna be comparing this to a truck that costs $100 less. That's not how MY wallet works, anyway.

Low kv motor and it has a small pinion. They should have kept it a 3s truck with a higher kv motor

Guy, you do great reviews, your honesty is great. I've bought a minimum of 2 cars based on your reviews, one was expensive-ish (Big Rock) and the other was an MJX small scale. There are other CZcams channels that are saying ya'all are the final test and there is a version 2 coming out soon. In summary, what would you change or improve? More suspension travel and ground clearance? Also, a better price point? It's odd that it is slower than an Arrma 3s even using a 4s battery. An Arrma 3s is fairly old at this point? Seems too torquey... i.e. too low gearing and/or small tires...but still should be way better than this at an $80 price difference. Either reduce the price to $175 or increase the performance by a lot, probably both if they want to make a statement and sell well.

Just to comment that I have an AliExpress 14210 and is really amazing how straight it goes when it gains speed. The only problem is if you loose control it will flip around many many meters before stopping. 😂
Also from what I have seen in another CZcams channel, the shock guards have the marks to drill a hole to change the shock position on the lower suspension arm.
