Tractor Manufacturing Behind The Scenes - Tilmor 520 Tractor Front Frame

A brief behind the scenes summary of the manufacturing process of the front frame of our Tilmor 520 tractor that is made in the USA!
Different manufacturing processes covered in this video are; Fabrication, Welding, Paint, and Assembly. The fabrication process includes laser cutting raw materials and using a press break for necessary bends to prepare the materials for welding.
Welding entails hand and robot welding to ensure build quality and longevity.
Once materials are welded the front frame begins to take shape and then moves to paint. In the paint process we use powder coat for a high quality finish with added durability.
Finally, the manufacturing process shown in this video ends with assembly where the different parts are assembled into a final product.
