That cat is an absolute UNIT. Spilling out of the Quacks box, can't even contain him.
Lol. The number of boxes I've repaired, but he absolutely loves them. Some, more than others.
This was great, thank you!!
You are welcome, thank you for your comment!
Always great to see you and Peter! 😻 You are both a delight to watch. Great timing on this video for me; I just received this game for Christmas! This video will be a great help. I also got Everdell and watched your video to learn that game as well. Thank you so much for creating these videos and making our gaming experiences so much more enjoyable!
Thank you Tammie for your comment, it's very kind. That's awesome!! I love Quacks, I got for Christmas these pieces to put on the chips and it looks so beautiful! Everdell is also amazing, and I've heard the expansions are very good. I'm glad the videos are useful, I hope you enjoy the game a lot :)
Definitely hope you'll do the expansions! I like your explanations. Good to forward to new players before a game night!
Thank you so much! Yes, I'd love to do the expansions. Enjoy the game :)
Thanks you for explaining so good 😊
My pleasure 😊 I'm so glad it was useful. Enjoy the game!

Thank you, so glad it helped. It's a lovely game :)
Nice video. Good luck.
Thank you, it's very kind.
I dont think you start with a Ruby in the standard game variant
Hi! It's interesting you mention that. In my rules, it says to take a ruby in the Standard game and the Game variation. But when I checked online, you are correct, it does not mention starting with a ruby. There is a thread here on BGG about it, but essentially you can do either with no major effect on game play: boardgamegeek.com/thread/2116610/start-1-ruby-each. Thank you for mentioning it, I will pin a comment.
Keep in mind that the number of bookmarks is not based on the number of players. For people's first game, the rulebook recommends starting with the 1 bookmark books:
"The other ingredient books are compiled into 4 sets, each one with 5 different ingredients (green, blue, red, yellow and purple). The sets are indicated by the same number of bookmarks depicted on the lower edge of the book. Be careful to look at both the front and back sides of the books. For the first game, use Set 1 (books with only 1 bookmark). Once you are familiar with the set, we recommend trying Set 2, then Set 3, and finally Set 4."
Thank you so much for flagging this, I really appreciate it and you are spot on. I’ve made an edit to the video to take that out and will pin a comment to clarify. Thank you again :)
@@GamesMadeEasy Glad to help! And thank you for your wonderful video, it made it much easier for us to understand how to play the game overall.
