Sir what I think is- Agar ap practice mei jana chahte hain.. go for practice bcoz' sher agar ek bar circuses mei chala gya.. aur baad mei jungle aya toh jungle k kutte v usko noch lete hain
In my opinion it is better to join an existing firm with a good profile because in current era for getting all tender related works and bank audit etc. You need a strong profile.
1.Also you are getting a financial base.
2.In articleship we are not able to develop a skill related to client handling, staff handling.
3. Initially we are not so strong in convincing client, we can get help from seniors in firm in various other aspects too.
4. You will have opportunity to develop your skills in various aspects of practice and get work of various fields.
By the time you should develop your own practice also.
Ofcourse their are cons too:
1. Choosing a good firm, and a good supporting team is somehow typical task
2. You might end up getting fully involved in their tasks and not getting time to develop your own practice.

But I'm more inclined towards Practicing and would really love to learn more about Practicing Chartered Accountants.
I'll be more happy to earn a bit less but working for myself than working my ass off for filling my boss's pocket. I'll be more happy with a Rs 4-5L income than a 10 L package for which I need to work all in, murdering all my dreams and aspirations.

Practice was never easy. Easy kaam Karna hota toh CA Couse join Nahi karta. Would have chose something easier than this .

I have a CA Chartered accountancy services but i am having people and speacialists under me associated.
I have resources but i dont want to keep them on permanent hire and i want to first get projects and give service accordingly how to get service as Chartered Accountant practice is more of word of mouth how to use these services to get work online???
