Such a great video, thanks for posting! Definitely hard to find dorm tours of Light Hall. :) A couple of questions: Did your bed come raised, or did you have to raise it yourself? Where did you buy/what size was the 6 cube organizer to the right of dresser under the bed? And lastly, did you seen any of the doubles on the first floor? if so, do you know if some of them have ensuite bathrooms?
It was raised a lot since the dresser is underneath the bed! I bought it at a store called True Value which is like a ten minute walk from light hall, I'm unfortunately unsure of the size. There is one room on the first floor that has an ensuite bathroom, however, not sure which one. The first floor has maybe 3 or 4 double rooms so you're only really sharing the bathroom with 8 or 9 people if you don't end up with the bathroom ensuite. Hope this helps & good luck at Northeastern!
@@hannahegert thanks for the response!
Thank you so much for your video! It’s so hard to find info about light hall. I just got my housing info, and I’m moving to a light hall quad. Did you ever got to see a quad room there?
Of course!! Glad the video was helpful & I was in the same position last year if not knowing much. Yes, I got to see both on the third floor, I didn’t get to see the others on the two other floors. Definitely spacious in the dorm rooms with two closets. Most of the beds are like lofted, meaning there like a bunk-bed without the bottom bunk which is where your desk & drawers can go, allowing more room for other things you all will have (this is all third-floor quad info). Hope this was helpful!! 😊
@@hannahegert thank you so much!!
Hi! Is there a kitchen in the dorm?
Hey! There are no kitchens in the dorms or in the residence hall as a whole, however, if you did want to cook something Northeastern has kitchens at ISEC across campus from light hall!
