@sandeepmishra7971 I had the same issue at 3:29 I used the last option and then followed the steps in the video.
4:42 for me, i do as you mkdir /mnt/sda then when i write the command mount /dev/block/sda i get an error : mount: bad /etc/fstab : No such file or directory. So where is it? Same Android
leave "moutn /dev/block/sda" out and just go with "mount /dev/block/sda1 /mnt/sda/"
this works if you have Vituralisation on, to turn it on go to the BIOS and find virtualisation, then enable it and save, done you can use it now
why mouse kinna feels behind or slow?
Because VMware does not fully support virtualization with Android.

This worked! But is there any way to change the keyboard layout?
4:50 when I enter the menu.lst strange things happen. sometimes it takes random keys to make a new line, sometimes I just cant write. Pressing Esc doesnt do anything. I cannot get past this step. overall during this whole installation process, my keyboard turned into...I dunno but had to search for every symbol I wanted to type. Any advices?
