Same issue on GoDaddy. I can't delete the A record set to @ that's already there. I also can't add the proxy address from Webflow to GoDaddy. There is a CNAME set to www and my domain that is there but seems to be a conflict.
Now this is an excellent tutorial. A lesson to all other companies to invest in their support like this.

Using the new interface, you only need to add the TXT like the others, it worked for me.
