The appeal hasn't been lost. It was only around NADP lifting the suspension. The doping case is still ongoing
@@K_j_M You really need to the learn the basic facts of the case. The NDAP initially ruled UKAD/Board could not investigate him due to jurisdiction. Thats been overturned. So the case starts now, there is no further appeal to this as they haven't even heard any evidence yet. He needs to be suspended, cooperate with the investigation, wait for the outcome & then he can appeal the outcome if he likes, & unlike this last year he will still be suspended so can't fight during that appeal.

Why would Boxxer make any decisions 'before' the Dalton Smith fight? If Smith lost it’d be a moot point right? There’s nothing unusual here. It’s all Smoke and mirrors from Eddie, to paint Boxxer in a bad light.
