I really, really wish that Dave had pushed him on the PMMA issue. You could tell that Dave didn't believe him when he said that it was only in his left bicep. Frig, he has said as much in a follow up video with Romano. I would have loved to hear Rich talk about it haha. We know it isn't just muscle..and we all know that regular SEOs don't stay in your muscle for that long. So unless he is pounding that shit in every week, he has something permanent in most of his body parts.

Rich has motivated me in a lot of ways. Not just to follow my dreams and reach my goals. But to get sober and to better myself, rich loosing his battles are helping me win mine and I hope he knows I'm not the only one that he is helping still to this day.
